Our rates vary depending on the studio type and the number of guests, with three seasonal price periods. The tourist tax is included in the rates. We do not serve breakfast, as all studios are equipped with the essentials for preparing a simple meal or breakfast at your own pace. For stays of more than 7 nights in low season, please contact us for your personalised offer.

STUDIOS & ROOM
Studio 1 2 persons
The studio is on the first floor with a small balcony overlooking the charming alley with some shops and tavernas. One room for 2 persons with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, a sofa that turns into a single bed, dining table, small writing desk, TV, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath with shower.
Studio 2 2–4 persons
The studio is on the first floor with a balcony and a very nice sea view. One room for 2–4 persons with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, a sofa that turns into two single beds, dining table, small writing desk, TV, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath with shower.
Studio 3 2 persons
The studio is on the first floor with a balcony with a little sea view and the charming alley with some shops and tavernas. One room for 2 persons with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, dining table, small writing desk, TV, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath with shower.
Studio 5 2–3 persons
The studio is on the top floor at the big veranda (shared with one studio and the room) with a fantastic view over the bay of Aegiali. One room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, a sofa that turns into two single beds, small writing desk, TV, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath with shower.
Studio 6 2–3 persons
The studio is on the top floor at the big veranda (shared with one studio and the room) with a fantastic view over the bay of Aegiali. One room for 2–3 persons with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, a sofa that turns into two single beds, dining table, small writing desk, TV, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath with shower.
Room 7 1–2 persons
The room is on the top floor at the big veranda (shared with two studios) with a fantastic view over the bay of Aegiali. One room for 1–2 persons with a double bed, fridge, coffee maker, air conditioning, wifi, hair dryer and private bath. Perfect for families in combination with studio 6 next door — two separate bedrooms and a large space at the veranda.
FACILITIES & POLICY
General facilities
- The studios are cleaned every day, towels and sheets are changed at the latest every two days.
- Reception
- Pets are accepted after agreement with us.
- We don’t serve breakfast – prepare it in your studio or visit one of the nearby tavernas or cafés.
Payment
- Deposit — a reservation becomes valid once a deposit of 30% of the total sum has been received within 5 days of the agreement. We send you the bank details with our confirmation.
- Remaining amount — to be paid at the latest before check-out.
Cancellation
- Cancellation 21 days or more before arrival — deposit fully returned.100 %
- Cancellation 14–20 days before arrival — half of the deposit returned.50 %
- Cancellation 13 days or less before arrival — deposit is not returned.0 %
- If guests do not stay for the entire period booked, 50% of the cost for the unused period is charged. Any transfer expenses are paid by the guest.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from15:00
- Check-out until11:00
- Staying until 18:00 costs an additional 50% of the daily rate. After 18:00 the full daily rate is charged.

How can I book my stay at Apollon Studios & Rooms?
Send us your preferred dates, the number of guests and the studio or room you are interested in. We will reply personally with availability and the rate for your stay. Your reservation is confirmed once the required 30% deposit has been received.
Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast. The studios have the essentials for preparing a simple breakfast or meal at your own pace, and there are also cafés and places for breakfast only a few steps away.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If your ferry schedule does not fit these times, please contact us and we will let you know what may be possible, depending on availability.
Can I stay in the room later on my departure day?
Late departure depends on availability. According to our current policy, staying until 18:00 may be charged at 50% of the daily rate, while a later departure may be charged at the full daily rate.
How much deposit is required?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and is normally paid within 5 days of the booking agreement.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made 14–20 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of early departure, 50% of the remaining unused stay is charged.
Is the tourist tax included in the rate?
Yes. The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
Do you offer special rates for longer stays?
Special rates may be available for stays of more than 7 nights during the low-season periods. Please contact us with your dates and we will be happy to prepare a personalised offer, subject to availability.
Do you accept pets?
Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we can confirm whether the accommodation is suitable.
How can I pay? Do you accept cards?
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation according to our booking policy. The remaining balance can be settled at the property. Please contact us if you would like to confirm the available payment methods for your stay.
